Content

The Meeting aims to analyse and discuss the following topics: 1-Creative and innovative initiatives to provide financial education. 2-Financial education as part of the formal education 3-Technology and digital payments to promote financial inclusion: challenges for financial education and financial consumer protection. 4-Breaking traditional frontiers of financial education: initiatives targeted at specific groups.

Objective

Create a forum in which Central Banks discuss the most relevant and topical aspects of inclusion and financial education. Special emphasis is placed on the programs developed by Central Banks, the obstacles, achievements and future challenges. This meeting will have the participation of expert speakers on these issues, such as academics, national institutions and International organizations.

Aimed at

The event is targeted at officials from CEMLA members, education ministries, treasuries, banking regulators, commercial banks, multilateral organizations and cooperation-focused organizations. Renowned international experts will participate as guest speakers, and case studies will be presented to promote discussion of the topics proposed.
