Associate & Collaborating Members

CEMLA has an external institutional governance structure and an internal operational structure. The external structure includes 51 members, of which 31 are associates –the central banks and the monetary authorities of Latin America, the Caribbean and Spain– and the rest collaborators: extra-regional central banks and other financial institutions. The former have a voice and vote in the decisions of the Assembly and the Governing Board of CEMLA.
