The event will explore and address the efficient and secure management of information, archival processes and services, the challenges of digital transformation, and developments in the robotization and automation of processes, among other topics.

The presentations will be given by experts and specialists from various areas of records management and archiving at the Banco de España, presentations by select Latin American central banks on their own processes and innovations, and, finally, academic and research visits that will round out this event.

Objective

Bring together document management, archives, technology, transparency, and services for citizens under one roof, based on a simple idea: better-organized, preserved, and accessible information contributes to institutions that are more effective, more transparent, and closer to society.
