VI Course on Financial Stability

The sixth edition of the course was held in Madrid, Spain, from October 21-25, 2024, with 32 representatives from 15 institutions and CEMLA associates in attendance. Designed for mid-level technical officials and researchers from CEMLA member central banks and collaborating institutions with experience in financial stability or related areas, the course provided an overview of various theoretical models and methodological applications for analyzing key topics in financial stability.

The course included sessions on empirical methods, non-bank financial institutions, monitoring, Growth-at-Risk models, stress testing, and cyber and environmental threats. It was delivered by specialists from Banco de España, CEMLA, and the European University Institute.
