Content
The seminar´s agenda will consist of presentations by experts aimed at covering aspects such as the recent evolution of remittances and their explanatory factors; the behavior of migratory flows originating in the countries of Latin America and the Caribbean and of their levels of employment in the destination countries; evaluation of the impact of remittances on recipient economies; policies to increase the positive impact of remittances and promote the financial inclusion of clients in this market.
Objetive
Promote an exchange of ideas and experiences among participants on different aspects of remittances and migration; on the regulation of the remittance market; and on the financial inclusion of customers of that market.
Aimed at
Officials from central banks, bank superintendencies and financial sector supervisory entities involved in the measurement, analysis and regulation of remittances; and representatives of the remittance industry.
