The seminar will also cover the technical requirements, the legal implications and the skills that analysts and researchers must have to face the challenge of incorporating these techniques into the usual instruments of central banking, as well as identifying the possibilities of collaboration between the central banks of the region. The seminar will include the participation and presentations of officials from central banks of countries in the region, Banco de España and international organizations.
Objetive
Analyze the data analytics tools that are gradually making their way into central banking and how many central institutes have incorporated these techniques in the exercise of their functions. This seminar of experts aims to exchange ideas and experiences of the central banks of Latin America and the Caribbean on the progress made and the initiatives that are being carried out in the field of Big Data and data analytics.
