  • CONTENT:
    One can divide its contents into the following themes. Unconventional monetary policy and the bank lending channel, the implementation of monetary and macroprudential policies, case studies on the spillovers of advanced economies, the monetary policy of the Federal Reserve, the global financial crisis and its impact on emerging market economies. It includes a roundtable with distinguished economic policy makers.
  • Objective:
    Offer participants the opportunity of learning about the results from the researchers on these topics. In addition, offer some participants the possibility of presenting their research. Attend the discussion on the themes of interest among distinguished policymakers from the region and advanced economies.
  • AIMED AT:
    Managers and senior technical experts involved in policy formulation, research and decision-making in monetary policy and/or financial intermediation issues.
  • LANGUAGE:
    English with simultaneous translation to Spanish.
